Stone Gestation was created through a process of photography and rubbing practices conducted in 2025 at Xingwen Stone Sea, Sichuan. The work focuses on stone as a dual carrier of nature and culture, in whose hardness and silence traces of time and geological movement are embedded. By combining rubbing techniques with photography, the artist seeks to articulate a tactile relationship between human presence and the natural environment, between the body and the landscape. Stone Gestation is not a mere act of documentation, but an experimental inquiry into existence, touch, and memory, exploring how natural forms can be translated through images into metaphors of place and culture.
《石娠》创作于2025年四川兴文石海的拍摄与拓印实践。作品关注石头作为自然与文化的双重载体，其坚硬与沉默中蕴含着时间与地质运动的痕迹。通过将拓印与摄影结合，作者试图呈现人与自然、身体与地貌之间的触感关系。《石娠》并非单纯的记录，而是一次关于存在、触摸与记忆的实验，探索自然形态如何在影像中转化为关于地域与文化的隐喻
