赵英玏2003 年出生于重庆市，是一名以摄影为核心的艺术创作者。赵英玏过往的创作关注社会文化语境中的个体处境与记忆结构，在纪实与观念之间展开探索。她以影像、档案与实验性方法为主要媒介，通过对日常经验与历史碎片的重新叙述与视觉转译，使那些常被忽略的细节、微弱的情绪与潜在的社会关系得以显现。
她强调影像作为一种认识世界的方式，关注个体经验与时代叙事之间所产生的张力。在实践中，她通过重构、干预与再组织等方法，使影像既成为记录与观察的工具，也成为思考身份、记忆与社会结构的载体
其作品曾在成都、武汉展出。

Yingle Zhao, born in 2003 in Chongqing, China, is an artist working primarily with photography. Her previous practice focuses on individual conditions and structures of memory within socio-cultural contexts, exploring the space between documentary and conceptual approaches. Working with images, archives, and experimental methods, she re-narrates and visually translates everyday experiences and historical fragments, allowing often overlooked details, subtle emotions, and latent social relations to emerge.
She emphasizes images as a way of knowing the world, attending to the tension between individual experience and broader historical narratives. Through processes of reconstruction, intervention, and reorganization, her practice positions images not only as tools of recording and observation, but also as vehicles for reflecting on identity, memory, and social structures.
Her work has been exhibited in Chengdu and Wuhan.
