AFTER RICHARD MISRACH

After Richard Misrach is an ongoing photographic project centered on movement, observation, and traces left upon the landscape. The work was produced across various regions of Western China, including Western Sichuan, Gannan, Ningxia, and Inner Mongolia, unfolding along highways, borderlands, wastelands, and abandoned man-made spaces. Influenced by the work of Richard Misrach, the project is not intended as a direct imitation of his visual language, but rather as an attempt to reconsider the landscape within the context of Western China — treating it as a site shaped by power, time, and the remains of human activity.

《After Richard Misrach》是一组关于移动、观看与地表痕迹的持续性摄影计划。项目拍摄于中国西部不同区域，包括川西、甘南、宁夏与内蒙古等地，沿着公路、边境、荒地与被遗弃的人造空间展开。作品受到摄影师 Richard Misrach 的影响，但并非对其视觉语言的直接模仿，而是尝试在中国西部语境中重新理解“景观”作为权力、时间与人类活动残留物的载体。
